Marley
It's been on my mind lately. I don't know that I'd seriously consider it, but I think it's really sweet but not too cutesy, and this is a case where the meaning kind of wins me over (like Sophia). I don't care about the Bob Marley association. I tend to picture it on a girl, but I'd be open to it for a boy in the right combo. I have no combos at all yet, so I'd love suggestions along with your opinions on the name in general.

All I see is dog.
There's a popular book out called Marley and Me about a large, hyper-active golden retriever. I received as a birthday gift from my own dog*, and now whenever I hear the name that's all I can picture.
*According to my mom (from childhood!), all the animals would take a catalog to her, and point to what they wanted to give us. Or occasionally give verbal orders.

It's a very trendy name for a dog. i wouldn't use it on a two legged, myself.
Hm. I shouldn't like it, but I've known 2 baby girls named Marley, and then there is Marlee Matlin... it does sound sweet, sort of rustic and informal ... I'd only hesitate because of the fairly obvious association chain to Bob Marley and to cannabis smoking. Not that I personally disapprove, but I like to avoid names that have any associations that are that easily thought of.

I love the name. Mike and I named his male dog Marley (before we knew about the book Marley and Me). When we told people it was odd the different responses; most younger people thought of Bob Marley (and his kids) and most older people thought of Jacob Marley from A Christmas Carol (I guess because it was around Christmas time). We didn't really name him after either, but I guess it doesn't matter. (As an aside - we took him to the park one day and met a guy with a puppy named Huxley.I should have thought of that!)
So, I think it's more suitable to a dog than a human, and it's a little trendy to use on a kid (along the lines of Taylor and Addison but much better). It is a nice name none the less, with a pretty sound.
Anyway, I think you should use a more well-established name to even it out. Some suggestions using your name list:
Marley Helena
Marley Lenore
Marley Cordelia
Marley Genevieve
Marley Augusta
Marley Sophia
Marley Philip
Marley Felix
Marley Asher
Marley Hugo
Marley Stephen

I actually quite like the name. I too, like it for both girls and boys. Here are some combos that I think work well:
Marley Rose, Marley Shae/Shea, Marley Vanessa, Marley Veronica, Marley Tegan, Marley Tabitha, Marley Sarah, Marley Ava, Marley Freya, Marley Iris
Marley Seth, Marley Ethan, Marley Evan, Marley Isaac, Marley Oscar, Marley Aaron, Marley David, Marley Jack, Marley John, Marley Jude, Marley Zeke, Marley Benjamin, Marley Noah

I dig Marley on a boy, and Marly / Marlie on a girl. The similarities to Charley and Carly / Carlie are why, mostly, and also because I've known girls named Marlie and Marly, but never girls called Marley.
I like the name. I wouldn't use it, but I definitely like it. I'll have to think about combos, though.
