It's a beautiful name, and I love it as a nickname for Elizabeth / Elisabeth.Lily Catherine is lovely. I love Violet and Rose but they're too flowery with Lily. Lily Elizabeth is redundant.

Lily, I really like the name, it wasn't until I came to BtN that I realized how popular it was.Elizabeth can not be the long form of Lily.Lily Catherine is my favorite combo of yours.

YawnLily Rose and Lily Violet are way too cutesy/themey, but I'm sick of Lily in general anyway.

Lily Cait - anything with Kate or Cait etc makes me think of a word, like advocate or something.
Lily Rose - too flowery, and v. Johnny Depp
Lily Violet - also very flowery
Lily Catherine - nice
Lily Caitlin - sick of Caitlin, but thank goodness it isn't Katelyn
Lily Elizabeth - boring and predictable.Emma Rose - along with several others. If your going to use a name like Emma then I reccomend a mn that isn't filler, so she can go by that instead of being just yet another Emma Rose, or Emma Grace.
Lily Elizabeth - see above comment
April Grace - pretty and refreshing to see April but nmsAs a sibset, it fits nicely.James Alexander - gorgeous, yet sadly predictable. However, I prefer it to Jayden etc
Jonathan Daniel - nms but fine.

Lily is alright, a bit boring and common lately. I much prefer Lillian nn Lilly.Lily Cait - cute, but would prefer Lillian Kate or Lillian Catherine.
Lily Rose - Like Rose, but not here. They're both a flower, and four letters.
Lily Violet - nms but alright. What about Lily/Lillian Scarlet?
Lily Catherine - Oh, you do have a Catherine combo on here! I love this.
Lily Caitlin - I think Lily Catherine would be much nicer. I like this better than Lily Cait, but I'd prefer the spelling Katelyn.
Lily Elizabeth - too rhyme-y.Also can Lily be short for Elizabeth or Elisabeth?
Well, I suppose, but it seems like a stretch. Lily bothers me enough when it's on it's own and not short for Lillian. I don't think I'd like it as a nn for Elizabeth/Elisabeth. Plus, Elizabeth has enough nn's to begin with.Any other equivalent names to Lily?
Rose, Rosa, Rosemary, Rosalina, Rosalie, and other Ros- names
Lillian, Liliana, Lilian
Delilah, Lila, Lilah, Dahlia, Daisy

Lily Cait - Very nice, though I prefer Lily Caitlin, with Lily Cait as a nn.
Lily Rose - Too flowery
Lily Violet - dittoMy favourites from your list is Lily Caitlin. Lily Elizabeth is a bit of a tongue twister. Lily Catherine is nice, I just prefer Caitlin. Not a fan of Emma Rose, but that's due to personal associations! April Grace is gorgeous.James Alexander and Jonathan Daniel are both nice classic combos.
