Carrisa
I did a thread a while ago about a girl I met named Carissa. I just found out it's actually Carrisa. I wasn't going to re-post, but then I though maybe you all would have a different opinion of Carrisa than Carissa. Of course, they're pronounced the same way. It looks a bit kre8ive to me.

I prefer it spelled Carissa.
I like the other spelling better, and Iwould actually say this spelling Cair-i-sa, with in emphasis on the first syllable rather than the second.
I think I prefer Carissa (which is a name I like). Carrisa makes me think they were going for the pronunciation of ca-REESE-uh instead, like rhyming with the name Lisa.
I'd say Carrisa as CA-rissa rather than ca-RISS-a, it's definitely a bit confusing. I love Carissa but the spelling change unbalances it.
Carrisa looks like it should be prn. cah-REE-sah. :-/ Carissa is much better, imo.
I've only seen it spelled Carissa/Karissa. I like it with either a C or K but I don't care for Carrisa.
I agree with you, and it must get misspelled a lot.
ditto
Nope, same opinion
