I don't like Gretchen, sorry. It doesn't sound masculine to me, but it does sound very harsh, which I don't find appealing at all. Also, it always reminds me of 'wretched' and 'retching'.

From your combos, I really like Gretchen Fiona. I think it flows better than Gretchen Olivia and Fiona is very pretty.
