Olivia is listed as possbly coming from oliva which means love, as she said in her original post. Also perhaps she is interpreting sharp in a similar manner to wise as sarp can mean quick-witted or intelligent in some vernacular. I could be wrong, as I don't know exactly what she may be thinking, but that is how I looked at it.
ETA that Olivia and Kerensa are nice enough. i love Sophia and Athena is nice. That being said i don't really believe in thinking up special names for twins. I would just use my two favorite names.

Oliva means love? Where does it say that? The only meaning for Oliva in the database is "olive".
That's Olivia, not Oliva. :-)
