It sounds fine but I do think that compared to Laine, Marie is lacking.

Yeah...

I am having a hard time thinking of a middle name that goes with Belle. Marie is my middle name and I think it looks pretty with Belle, but I agree that it doesn't quite match up to Laine. Do you have any other suggestions for a mn for Belle?

I love Belle Marie. Two very pretty names together. I can't say I like Ruby Laine however.

I agree with the previous posts about Bella Marie rather then Belle Marie. As for Ruby Laine, I think Ruby is alright, but I'm not sure how I like the two names together. To me they don't mesh that well. If it's a family name, I say go for it, since it'll have meaning behind it, otherwise I'd possibly think about a different middle name. (I hope this didn't sound mean or harsh or anything, because that is def. not what I intended, I'm just giving a personal opinion.)

I agree with taz-meraz that Bella would sound better. Bella & Ruby would sound great together.
