It's just too surname-y, imo, and I don't care for the 'low' part, either. On top of that, I associate it with the somewhat goofy character that was on "Wings" (played by Thomas Haden Church). Guess I'm the only one here who remembers that show. :-/

Ah, I was wondering why this name reminded me of textiles. (Well, or history class, at least.)
As the the original poster's question, I quite like it. I've never really thought about it much before now, but it's actually really nice.
