I've always said KAY-ta / tuh. Depending on how loudly I'm yelling (haha). *I used to babysit a little
girl named this.
An old friend of mine is named Katherine, and always called herself Kat. She wanted to call
herself something different, and I suggested Käthe, and she pr. it Kath. For the life of me, I couldn't
get her to pr. it properly!
