How would you pronounce these names??
I know Regan or Reagan is pronounced Reg-In, not Reeg-in, well, at least in my area. Same with Meghan, Megan, etc.
But, I absolutely LOVE the name Keagan. How would you pronounce it? I heard it pronounced kEG-in (like the E in Egg), by a boy from the south on TV. I'm from the north, and I pronounce it kEEg-in (like the E in Meet).
Would you pronounce Teagan the same way?? Like tEG-in or tEEg-in?

With Reagan, I pronounce it Ray-gan. With Keagan and Teagan, I'd pronounce them Kee-gan and Tee-gan. My parents named my youngest sister Meagan and everyone pronounced it May-gan instead of Mee-gan which was actually their preferred pronunciation. Anyway, they changed the spelling to Meigan so that there were less mistakes with pronunciation.
I would pronounce Keagan KEE-gin and Teagan like TEE-gan. However, I have also heard Keagan pronounced like Kae-gin.
Regan (ray-gan or ree-gan)
Megan (mee-gan)
Tegan (tee-gan)
Megan (mee-gan)
Tegan (tee-gan)
I pronounce them KEE-GIN and TEE-GIN
I think Regan and Reagan tend to be pronounced differently, the former as REE-gin and the latter as RAY-gin.
However, with Keagan and Teagan, I would deviate from this pattern and pronounce both with a long E sound (KEE-gin and TEE-gin). I went to high school with a girl named Teagan who pronounced it this way.
Of course, I'm ready to be corrected on the proper pronunciations of any of these names if I've gotten them wrong.

Agreed, except for Reagan
which I think generally would be prn. same as Regan back in Aus- but I know it's usually ray-gen in the US, rather than Ree-gan, which is how I prn. it.
Keagen and Teagen would deff. get kee-gin and tee-gin from me.

I agree with those pronunciations.
I say them all this way, too.
My ex-boyfriend has a daughter named Teagan, pronounced TEE-gan. I think Tegan would be more like Megan.
My uncle's name is Reagan, and we pronounce it REE-gan. Regan, IMO would be more like Megan.

I would pronounce Teagan like "TEE-gin"
Reagan (ree-gan)
Keagan (kee-gan)
Teagan (tee-gan)
as in the ee in meet.
