I like both names, but as a first name, Wolfram seems a bit more suitable. Wolfram Peter reminds me of Peter and the Wolf, but I like Wolfram Robert. I think it might be better with a mn a bit less conventional than the ones you've listed. Maybe Wolfram Eliot, Wolfram Edmond, Wolfram Rupert, Wolfram Rainer, Wolfram Reginald, Wolfram Alexander (I know it's popular but it seems right to me).
