Eliana and Sunniva?
Do you think these names go well together. I love both names but i'm a bit iffy. If you don't think they go well, please tell me why. Any other name suggestions are welcome :D

I love both, and they sound fine together.
I love Elaina, it is on my short list of names. I didn't like Sunniva the first time I heard it. There's a girl in my daughter's music class with this name and I must say, it made me think of the words snivel and sneeze. But it has really grown on me, and I now quite like it - maybe I'll grow to love it too.
Hmm. Eliana is one of those fast rising superstar names that blends right in with Isabella, Ella, Anna, Juliana, Ariana, Liliana, Gabriella etc etc ad nauseam, whereas Sunniva is unusual in its sound and etymology, and if it appears on a "popular names" list outside of Scandinavia any time soon I'll eat my hat. Both are very feminine, but where Eliana is sugary sweet, Sunniva has more of an edge to it. And where Eliana fits right in with the Old Testament/Hebrew supertrend, Sunniva is about a generation ahead with its Old English and Scandinavian connections. So in short...no, they don't fit. Eliana's popular, and sounds more so, while Sunniva is obscure. Now, if you're writing from Norway, that's a different matter, but in English-speaking countries I'd liken it to having brothers...oh, Bertrand and Brandon.
With Eliana I'd think Julia, Isabella, Tabitha. With Sunniva I'd be thinking anything from Ingrid and Edith to Ursula and Ottilie.
You said you're iffy...so I hope you don't get upset about this. It's just my opinion!

Well, since my second daughter is named Sunniva, and my middle daughter's middle name is Aliyana, (quite similar), i must say that i love both names. Well done!
oops, i only have two daughters. That was a typo. :)
Sunniva's so beautiful sounding and I love the meaning, too. I like nns Sunni and Evie for Sunniva. Eliana has a lovely meaning but I've never really liked the sound of it. It sort of reminds me of aliens :/
However, I think they'd make a great sibset as the meanings are great together and they're both quite unusual, IMO =)

Oh dear. You might want to browse around the boards before you start posting. :-/ Nevaeh is an EXTREMELY unpopular name here (and with good reason, imo).
Yes, jealous, that's it
*rolls eyes*
imo = in my opinion
Try reading the rules and the FAQ, it'll be helpful. FAQ stands for "frequently asked questions", btw (by the way).
