Re: Clemence or Clementine?
I think I say Cle-men-teen, but I'm an English person living in America. I've been here a while, so my pronunciation is all over the place. I was shocked to hear myself pronounce vitamin in the American way the other day!Part of the attraction with Clementine is because it reminds me a little of Christmas, probably due to all the clementines we ate during that season. I don't know if people elsewhere eat clementines at Christmas, but maybe this name could be a festive alternative to Holly and Noelle?

Haha, I find being on here with lots of Americans influences the words I use.Nice idea about it being an alternative to Holly and Noelle, it's much less obvious but not completely random. And it's a nice name anyway, so it doesn't feel like you're just using it to go with the holiday season.
