My preference is Gabriela... it's a long name, and another 'l' kind of isn't needed for balance.
Manuela would be nice to be heard more often, except she might be called 'Man' this or that... Mannie might be a cute middle name. I think I saw it on a show my sister watches.
Noelle... it's okay. I only like it really when it has a meaning tied to it (born on Christmas).
Priscilla, makes me think of 'pris' or 'prissy' ... unfortunately Cilla is one of the prettiest nicknames ever.
