Katia and Lucia

Very nice sibset, but I think the mn's could be improved.
Katia and Lucia go beautifully together. However, Alexandra and especially Elisabeth are so common as middle names that they seem meaningless. I adore Elisabeth, but would only use it as a fn, because even if I did put it in the mn spot for a reason, many people would see it as a filler name and think that I only put it there because I couldn't think of anything else.
That said, the middle names do go well with each other and sound pleasant with the first names. I like them a lot, but if it were me, I'd keep trying. :)
I'd suggest some middle names [here are so many ideas popping into my head right now :( ] but I really have to get off the computer now, so I'll have to come back and edit some in. *Sigh*

I love the names and the combos. I prefer loo-see-ah
I like both names individually, but not together - I can't stand matchyness. I say Loo-CHEE-a, occasionally Loo-see-a, never Loosha.
Katia Alexandra is nice enough, it feels very Russian. Elisabeth is very boring though, sorry.

I absolutely love those names - they're two of my favourites. The middles names are nice too.
I prefer Lucia pronounced Loo-see-a personally.

I think it is a cute sibset, but like Kristen I prefer to spell Katia as Katya or Katja. I also think that the mn's seem a bit like filler mn's, but they are cute and strong and seem to work well.
I have heard Lucia pronounced Loosha but more often I have heard it pronounced Loo-chee-uh, which I believe is a legitimate pronunciation. I will look into it, but before you decide on a pronunciation you should look into it more. It would be horrible if you name a child something and someone corrects you on the pronunciation after the child already has the name!

I am right, the Italian pronunciation of Lucia is Loo-chee-uh. Both of the other pronunciations you mentioned are also correct, but if I were you I wouldn't use the Loo-see-uh pronunciation...it just doesn't sound right.
I like both names, and I think they work well together. However, I do prefer the spelling Katya to Katia.
I feel like the mn's are to bland for the fn's. They seem more like fillers, especially Elisabeth (which I absolutely hate).
I say it Loosha, please don't call here Loo-see-a

I feel the same way ... do you any suggestions for middle names?
