I like Shelby, but not spelled Shelbee. And with Sidnee...just, no.
Simon and Caroline are very cute!!
Reagan and Peyton - eh. They both sound masculine to me. I don't like Reagan for girls but would prefer it for boys.
Nathaniel and Addison - I love Nathaniel. I detest Addison.
Richard and George - not exciting, but nice and solid.

Shelbee and Sidnee - This would be much more palatable if the names were spelled Shelby and Sydney.
Simon and Caroline - Love these for twins. The names match stylistically but sound very different. Classic without being boring.
Reagan and Peyton - Well, they go together . . .
Nathaniel and Addison - Nathaniel is nice. Adelaide or Adeline would have been beautiful for the little girl, but they had to go with Addison instead.
Richard and George - Very British royal. I like it. Richard is so underused today.

Nathaniel & Addison (g)- The styles clash, imo. Plus, I don't like Addison for a girl.
Richard & George- both a nmsaa, but it's still awesome seeing some solid, old-fashioned names being used. Good as a set.
