Mary, Marie, Maria
Which do you prefer? I used to think this name was really boring, but it's fallen out of use to a great extent it's almost entering the "unusual but traditional" category. Maria in particular could be considered a classy, international name.

I love each, but I plan to use Maria.
Of the three, Maria is definitely my favorite as a first name or a middle name. I like Marie only as a middle name, and though Mary is also pretty, it isn't a favorite of mine.
Mary is my fave. Not fussed with Marie & Maria.

Prefer Maria. It just has a bit more substance in my opinion.

Mary or Maria -
Mary, or Marie
Maria nn Mia.
Mary is my favorite but then again I'm an English speaker and I'm Catholic so that would have an effect.
I like them all but Mary is my favorite.

I guess it depends on where you live.
In Sweden ( where I live ) Maria is one of the most boring, standard names ever. Maria and Anna. It just does not get more unoriginal and no personality than that.
Marie is a little less common in my generation, but very common none the less.
Mary strikes me as a really classy choice for a girl in an English speaking country. It's one of those names which can never be trendy and then outdated, which doesn't automatically make it a great name, but I would love it if I met a baby Mary today.
