What are your top 5 names for girls?: Evangeline, Ophelia, Imogen, Branwen, Cecily
What are your top 5 names for boys?: Gerard, Fabian, Alban, Godfrey, Sirius
What are your idea of "filler" names?:
What is your least favorite name for each gender?: Couldn't say. Anything old and ugly, or super tryndee/made up.
What is your absoulute favorite name for each gender? Gerard and Evangeline
What is your usual naming style? Slightly unusual, though not always. I generally like names from literature, although my two top favorites at the moment are exceptions to the rule.
Do you use name generators? No.
Do you write stories? Not as a habit, though yes, occasionally.
If so, does your character naming style differ from what you would normally use? Yes and no. Different characters carry different styles, though it ultimately depends upon the story.
For pets do you prefer traditional "people" names or non-traditional "pet" names? Both.
Example? I like stranger human names for dogs/birds: Vercingetorix, Ninian, Nimrod, etc. For cuter pets (and cats) ordinary human names: Emmeline, Toby. I also really appreciate the irony of the small type of goldfish traditional gaurd-dog names like Bruno or Rex, and I mean to do it if I ever get the chance. :P
