Vivian
Wdyt of Vivian for a girl? It came to mind last night and I can't seem to get it off my mind.As for combos, Vivian Lavender came to mind, though it might be doo much 'v'. Vivian Amethyst, perhaps? I've also thought about Vivian Crescentia. Thoughts? Other suggestions? Thanks in advance. :)

I don't really like this name because it's NN's like Viv put me off it. It sounds too strong for a little girl I think. Nice on an adult though. If I HAD to pick a combo it would be Vivian Grace. If you didn't want to use Grace, you could use Vivian Celeste. Thanks

I like the name a lot, as well as the nickname Viv. Actually, a lot of my friends call me Vivian even though it has nothing to do with my given name, so I may be biased. Personally, I think your combos are a little much. I'd go for a simpler/shorter middle name, maybe:Vivian Lucia
Vivian Rose
Vivian Lisa
Vivian Mina
Vivian Irene
Vivian Lara

Vivian is a masculine spelling for me. I do like Vivien for a female, though. V. Lavender: not my style at all. At. All. I dislike the name Lavender so much, I can't honestly give you a judgment about whether there is too much V in the name.
V. Amethyst: combo flows well. Nice.
V. Crescentia: Does this combo mean "alive and growing"? Hehee. I'm sort of neutral about it.Vivien Demetria?

I love Vivian. And I think the nn Vivi is so spunky and fun. Great meaning too.Vivian Lavender is nice, even though I don't usually like lavender as a name.

Its beautiful and way underused, I tend to prefer the spelling Vivienne.Vivian Lavender ~ too many Vs for me, Vivian Jacinthe, Rose, or Lilac maybe?
Vivian Amethyst & Vivian Crescentia ~ different, but I tend to prefer more balance in my combinations. Long paired with short, modern paired with classic, etc. They just seem a little much.

Love it!Vivian is my all time favorite girl's name. It was the name of my great grandma and will be the name of my daughter (should I ever have one). My grandma's name was Vivian Viola and the combos that was on my list were Vivian Graciela / Viviana Grace or Vivian Rae. Graciela and Rae were also names to honor family members on my side and my bf's side.
