I notice there are six names beginning with Ja, either with an apostrophe or without. I mean preceding a capitalized letter (not as in Jaydon or Jacob).
I don't believe I've seen such a proliferation of Ja- names.

Hm! That's quite remarkable; it could be a new trend. I'll collect some statistics about it. (I live in Alabama and these are local, so it may be something going on around here.)
