Agreed, and...to me, James is like Elizabeth. It will go with virtually anything, in the first or middle name position. You can't go wrong.

Absolutely agree (and excited to see Ken'ichi!)Ladyelven: I think Array is quite right; James is practically the perfect name, as far as combos go. Whether it's fn or mn, you can pair it with vitually anything and everything.And just to mention - Array: Ken'ichi and Kenji are my occasional pet names for Alex and Gideon, respectively, since they mean (approximately) "strong first son" and "strong second son." Alex, who is an enthusiast of all things Japanese, gets a kick out of it.
