Jacqueline (also Jaqueline, without the c) is a french name, so it'S correctly pronounced

Jack like Jack (but the "J" much softer as in English)
you can't really hear the "e", but somehow it's still pronounced
Leen like in Darleen, Charleen etc
In Germany this is a quite common name. Here we pronounce it
"Jack-leen"
Jack like the english Jack and leen as in Charleen etc
