I like Harper Louise the best. A co-worker of mine had a baby girl in Dec. and named her Harper Annemarie. Both names are family names.

I love Harper on a girl.
I like Harper Louise.

Honestly, I don't think it's a good name. Sounds like what a 1st grader would name-call someone else for "tattle-taling". I don't like it at all.

Harper Louise - filler mn. But I suppose that's ok, with such a....strange middle name.
Harper Danielle-pretty much the same as Louise.
Harper Sierra-Doesn't flow well at all.

I really like Harper Simone.

To Harp on about something means To talk or write about to an excessive and tedious degree; to dwell on.
So Harper brings a picture to my mind of a scowling annoyingly whingy child keeping on and on about wanting something.
I know my mind is weird but this image totally puts me off the name even for a boy which in my opinion it would suit better
