Sorry, but I think it's too ingrained in pop culture as the titular character of the horror movie or as the lead from Sex and the City to be usable on its own. As a NN it isn't so bad because it can be varied up.

Yikes.
I know a few Carries, so I always picture them. I'll have to think about it. The only Carrie name I can think of is Caroline, and that's just not me.
