I think Georgiana Maeve and Gabriella Esme make lovely sisters. Lots of middle names would work well in that spot if you're not sold on Maeve. Anything along that same style would fit I'm thinking Poppy, Pearl, Esther, Sofia, Alice, Ingrid, Louise, Lois, Helen.
Georgie is a cute nn, but I can't see any serious nns for Gabriella except Gabby. BB and Lala are cute pet names for just the family, but I think they're all bad as a true nn.
Gemma fits very nicely. And I love the mn Elodie.

Actualy, I'm pretty sold on Maeve, but I do love Poppy & Sofia. Georgiana Poppy and Georgiana Sofia are georgeous. Hmmm...Georgiana Poppy would go well with one of my other favorite combos Lucia Violet.
