I love Alex-names but Alexis is one I dislike a lot. It sounds very male to me and also a bit harsh. I like Alexandra though!
Caitlin is lovely! I agree it sounds a bit cutesy, but when she is older she could always go by Cait or Kate. I also think that Caitlin would go better with your other top girl/boy names.
