Christy, Joel, and Hosanna
Replies
I really like Christy, but only as a nn, not a full name. I don't care for Christina, so for me it would have to be Christine, I guess.
Hosanna is quite pretty, but I don't like the HOSE sound at the beginning of the name. I would naturally say hose-AN-uh, but I think ho-SAHN-a would sound better for a name.
I like Joel a lot. Short and simple, but not common. I really like the combo Joel Stephen. Very nice.

I prefer Christy as a nn for something like Christiana. It can work on its own because I know two people are Christy's and one goes by Chris.
Hosanna, I'm not too sure of. It's that whole "Ho" thing that bothers me in a way. I love Sanna or Sana though.
Joel is a little on the boring side for me. I would definitly go for Joel Stephen, it has the better flow.

I don't really care for Christy (except on a boy as a nickname for Christopher - then I love it). Joel is nice enough, but I don't love it. Hosanna is pretty, but unless you're Jewish or Christian I wouldn't use it. Plus, the "Ho" at the front would probably become a source of pain for her.
