I actually have a couisn Keira who was born in January. She has a family name as a middle name (Guinne, pronounced GOO-nee). Keira is becoming more popular I think. I keep hearing of people with that name in shows and movies, and there are quite a few Keiras on Long Island. It's pretty though, short and sweet.
