Blair is nice on a boy; I really like Blaire for a girl.

I think it's a neat name, but it's slightly bland; I mean, "a plain"? And then all I can think of when I hear the name Blaire is "The Blair Witch Project".

I like the name Blair for girl or a boy. I had a male character Blair Gershom in one of my stories, and I really like the combo Cassandra Blaire.

Really... It's not my style... But there is nothing wrong with it.
On a girl it sounds like an 80's soap opera character. I think it would be better on a boy.

I like it for a boy :)
