It's OK, but I'm still a bigger fan of Rowan. Personally, I think that altering it to Rowanne just takes the beauty out of it all together. Rowan has always seemed more feminine than masculine to me, but if it had to be changed, I think "Rowann" would be a nice alternative.

Sorry, I don't like it at all. I don't like Rowan to start with, and not only does this look made-up, but it also reminds me of Roxanne, which I hate. If you were to give the name to a girl, I think just plain Rowan would be better than adding in extra letters.

Ickily tryndee & made-up, sorryRowena's an infinitely better choice imo, even though I don't particularly care for the "WEE-na" sound (I suppose you could pr. Rowena ro-WEN-na, but that'd necessitate constant correction on the part of you and your kid).Roxane / Roxanne and Roseanne are other good alternatives imo.

I think that Rowan is more feminine that masculine to begin with

Rowanne is...not bad. Rowan seems to me to be unisex, but I think I might like Rowanne for a girl better.

Rowanne has a sweet tone to it better then the similar name Roxanne. I consider Rowan to be unisex and perfer the name for a girl.

OMG I love it.
It reminds me of Joanne, which I love, but it seems to old fashioned.
