Katarina Alexandra is beautiful. Why do you want to use another name? If you're set on another middle name, Katarina Madeline Alexandra flows much better than Katarina Alexandra Madeline.

I think Katarina Alexandra Madeline would be lovely. It seems to add an air of finality to the -a names. This is a rare three-name combo that I like, and I really like honoring family members through mn's. Would you pron. MAD-e-lin or MAD-e-line?

I really like Madeline; it's on my personal name list. It sounds good for either a first name or a middle name.
Katarina Alexandra- Normally, I like Katrina better than Katarina. But they sould equally good in this combo. Alexandria also has a nice ring to it, but again, I like Alexandra and Alexandria equally as a middle name for Katarina.
Katarina Alexandra Madeline- Katrina Alexandra Madeline would work better, in my opinion. I think it would be best to vary the lengths of the names though; don't make them all so long!

Names ending in -elle send really good to complete it...I'm not sure why. Madeline could work, especially if you're honoring someone.

I knew a little girl called Madeline and she was cutest thing, since then I've really liked the name you have the option on nn Madi. I cant quite put my finger on it but for some reason its not fitting with Katrina and Alexandra, maybe i just need to think about it a bit longer : ) But over all I LOVE the name : )
