1.-4. I always say and have always heard ez-may which I'd assume if the original French pronunciation of Esme (accent over the last E). Perhaps the Esmee spelling could be reasonably pronounced like es-mee but I would generally pronounce either spelling like ez-may. And if you wish to pronounce it like es-mee then I would suggest you spell it like Esmee so that it's pronounce how it looks and is easier for people to grasp.
