Grace

It's lovely, and I would like it more (and I did in the past) if it wasn't so overused now. *sigh*
I think Grace is a lovely, classy, feminine name, and despite it's popularity, I'd use it, either as a first name or a middle name. It's simple and sweet, but is also a name that will age well. Grace Elisabeth is my favorite "Grace" combo, but from your list, I definitely prefer Grace Caroline. Pearl and Helen are both dnmsaa.
I like the name but naming your child Grace is like dooming them too clumsiness. Beleive me that is not a curse you want to live with.
I'm not a huge fan, but it's probably because it's too overused and also because pronouncing the "gr" combo is difficult for me... If you like it though, you should use it regardless of it's popularity. While I think Grace Pearl is very pretty, I honestly can't say it without stumbling at least twice (once on the gr and once on the rl, lol :p). Of course, if you don't have my pronunciation problems, it's definitely a great choice. Í think Caroline is a very boring name to be honest, so I wouldn't use it. Helen is nice.
I don't like Grace enough to use it even if it was not so trendy as it is now. As a mn, it's as much of a filler right now as Marie or Lynn. You can't turn around without falling over Ava Grace, Emma Grace, Ella Grace, Hannah Grace and Sophia Grace.
That said, as a fn it is all right but again, I don't really like it. Your Grace Helen combo is the best of the lot, and Grace Ellen is even nicer.
Grace Pearl is the full name of Laura Ingalls Wilder's littlest sister, FYI. :)

Hehe, that's where I got the combo. =)
