I guess this makes me an old fuddy duddy, but if I were a guy, I'd rather be Matthew than Matteo. Unless I was Italian. I mean, Matteo just sounds kinda Euro-fied and pretty-boy to me, by the image I have of it -- less butch than plain ol' Matthew, where I live at least.
