How about Pacy (pron. PAY-cee)? -i know it's a bit far from the name but I think it's cute.

I'm not sure how to spell this but Paysh? because you'd say Patience like "paysh-ence" is you get my drift..
or Ency (seriously I know a Patience who goes by Ency) said "en-see"
