Marielena?
In my Spanish class, there is a girl named Marielena (mah-ree-e-LAY-nah). I assume it to be a combo of Maria and Elena. I think it's pretty and original, WDYT? Have you seen/heard this name before?

I'm not at all a fan of it (I really dislike smush names, with very few exceptions). Maria Elena would be very nice.

I've met someone with this name before but she went by Maria. It's gorgeous sounding but it's way too frilly and long for my tastes. I think I prefer it as separate fn and mn--Maria Elena.

I have seen Marielena before. It is long -- but pretty. Due to its length, I'd prefer something like Mariela, Marisol or Maribel.

I love Marisol. Maybe Marisol Elena and should could sometimes be called Marielena. ;)

It sounds vaguely familiar, but I'm not sure why. I like it but it would be more likely to be pronounced right as Marialena.

It is nice, but I much prefer Maria Elena.

I've never heard it before; it's very pretty. I see Marie+lena rather than Mari+elena so I'd be tempted to pronounce it as 4 syllables (ma-ree-lay-nah), not 5, until I learnt otherwise.
It reminds me of Marlena, which I really like.

It's probably Maria-Lena

Never seen/or heard it before and I don't like it. To me it looks like a combo of Marie and Lena and I would pronounce it like that (marie-lena).

I have not personally seen this name on anyone I know. But it does remind me of the name Marlena. Which I like that name.
