I really love the sound, it is beautiful. Unfortunately the meaning bothers me. Dove is ok. But pigeons are hideous to me. Despite Darwin being so fond of them, I cannot warm to the creatures. I tend to prefer Pomona which has a similar sound and a less unsettling meaning for me.
