Oh, I love Pippa but only as a NN. I am trying to picture Dr. Pippa Jones or Supreme Court Justice Pippa McGee, and well, it just isn't working. I think you could probably be creative with the NN-ing and use it for almost any P name. I mean, why not, right? But that's just me.
To answer the question, I'd pair it with something more traditional as the MN so that if you do go with just Pippa, she'll have something more adult to fall back on.
