Re: Rocco and Savina
Rocco is different, and not for the faint of heart. But it has history and is not unheard of. We had a (very handsome) "Father What-a-Shame" at my Catholic college, so I'm used to it. The inevitable nn is Rocky. Savina is gorgeous. I wonder what the resistance is by your relative. It's a very feminine sounding name. Perhaps because it is not widely known. I love Severina, but never heard of Savina before. It didn't take long to grab me, though. I bet they get used to Savina faster than Rocco.
