Desmond isn't even slightly girly, imo (nor the nn Des or Desi). I think Fletcher, Penelope, and Desmond sound like a great sibset, I love it. :) BTW, I don't watch "Lost" and though I'm somewhat familiar with the show, I don't know who Desmond is, so I don't associate the name with the show. :b
