I really love the name Philippa. I was considering it a while back, by dh wouldn't have any of it. I really like the name Pippa, as well. I think Bear described it well when she said it was cool and snappy.

I don't really have any mn suggestions, but I think that Philippa Clare (spelled that way) is absolutely lovely.

Philippa is distinctive and elegant. Pippa, as a nn, is snappy and cool. Terrific names.

I strongly dislike Philippa, especially this spelling. I loathe Clare, too, so Philippa Clare is NMSAA.
