It's neither good or bad to me. Simply okay. It's not a name I hear or come across usually.

I like it. I much prefer Tobias though. Still, it's a nice name.

I prefer Tobias personally. Its just that the only person I know of with the name Tobin is Tobin Bell, the actor who played Jigsaw from the Saw trilogy. I think that this will always be the first thing that comes to mind with the name Tobin. Also, I just think Tobias sounds more handsome and it looks much better to me too.

I love it! It's so handsome & has a charming olden day feel without the popular tag attached to Thomas & similar names. An excellent choice imo.

I like it, although I wouldn't use it myself.

I quite like Tobin. I would never use it though.
