It's average to me. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.

I love it; very sweet name. I would love to hear it on more babies.

I really like this name on a little girl, just not I could see hiring a lawyer named Heidi, or voting for a president called Heidi. I actually know a girl called Heidi Evangeline, she prefers her middle name, I'm not sure her two names go well together as a combo.

With Heidi the first thing that comes to mind is the book/movie character. The name is not my style, but I like it. It's not too over used but used enough for people to reconize it.

My parents almost named me this. We're pretty German so it was first on my dad's list. Heidi LaVerne Lastname would've been my name. His second choice was Gretchen.. my mom is very German as well but she didn't like either, and somehow I became Ashley. I wouldn'tve minded Gretchen, but Heidi really isn't my style.

The only Heidi I know is in her late 20s, but she's a very cool lady! However my friend says this is a name for porn stars, but I don't get that association, I only think of the story of Heidi.

Like it though!

I like it a lot, it's very cute. Youthful, but easy to see on a grown woman too. Not trendy, but popular enough that everybody knows how to spell and pronounce.

I like it ok, although I would never use it myself. Bad associations. :)

Don't mind it, but can't get the picture of pig tails and laderhozen (sp?) out of my head.

I think Heidi is nice, however, I'm a little bit fed up of the name because sooo many people think my name is Heidi and not Hazel! :S

I think Heidi is absolutely adorable.

I love it, it reminds me of the movie Heidi. I love that movie so much. I think it could work on a girl today. I only met one Heidi, she was in her 30's.
