WDYT of Gina?
I think this name is average. I would go by the nickname Ginny? Can Ginny be short for Ginny or just Virgina? I think Ginny is cute, but too plain for a nickname. WDYT? And any combo suggestions?

I think having a NN for Gina is kind of overkill. It really doesn't need one, especially since Ginny is the same number of syllables and a longer spelling. Gina can certainly stand on its own or as a NN. I grew up with one. It's nice, but not my style at all.

While I still don't like my name. I prefere my spelling of Jeana to Gina.

Gina is a very elegant, under-appreciated name. I've always loved it. Ginny is a darling nn, either for Virginia or Gina, or even Imogen, Ginevra, Ginger, etc.

I think Gina is cute, and it stands on its own nicely. But it could be short for Georgina, Virginia, or Regina.I don't like Ginny, it just sounds like a 1950's farm girl to me. Dull.
