I love Cy. I also like how Elle MacPherson has used it as a mn for her son - Aurelius Cy.

It seems too much like a nn to use as a fn to me. Cyrus is ok, but reminds me too much of Billy Ray Cyrus. Ugh. Cy is not very attractive sounding imo anyway.

I don't care for it since it's extremely nickname-y. It's too incomplete sounding. I don't care for Cyrus (reminds me of the word virus), but I prefer it with Cy as a nickname.

It looks incomplete, like its supposed to be a nn for something. But your right, it is kinda cute. I like the combo Cy William.

While I like the sound of Cy I don't like Cy on it's own as a name. I think it would be better as a nn for Cyrus or even use Si as a nn for Simon.

Cy is a nice nickname for Cyrus or any other Cy name but on its own it looks to nicknamey and to unfinished for my tastes
I would suggest a long name
