Pronunciation of Gianna . . .
Gianna, in correct Italian, is pronounced JAN-uh. Definitely NOT Zhoh-nuh or Gee-on-nuh. Don't argue with me on this, I studied Italian at university :-)Gemma and Gianna are far too close, they'd never know which one you were calling for. Gemma and Zara or Gemma and Eliza work fine. My vote is for Zara.
