It just looks made up to me. Just a name that rhymes with Haley, Kaley, etc. and/or a combo of the names May and Lee. It's nmsaa.

I've seen it before, but not very surprising. I mean awhile ago I came up with the names Valanna and Atillian and I was looking around and found someone else had made up those names before me or they are real names. Maylie isn't a strange name, it's just like you put lie on the end of the name May.
