I like the sound a lot (although I I didn't know how to pronounce it till I read your post, lol).
Because maiden-names as middle names are so popular where I live, it bothers me when surnames with no family link (e.g. Ashley, Ryan, whatever) are given as middle names. But because it's a family surname, I love it in your case as a middle name.
Sorry, but I find both Charles and Frederick to be stuffy and quite dull. Dacre Charles or Dacre Frederick would be much nicer.
