I LOVE all of your choices. You have great taste. Honestly, any combo you choose is perfect, in my humble opinion.
I would probably only choose Jack and Benjamin for boys since it would give Ben the option of a longer, more formal name. For your girls, I adore all three names but would probably say my favorite is Annabel and Madeleine, just because I've been a Madeleine fan for so long.
