I agree with Jacks and Shana about the pronounciation, not in a bad way but I would definitly go for Madeleine (mah-duh-len/lyn) or Madeline (mah-duh-line).
They just 'fit' better with their spellings that way :)
Madeleine Genevieve is absolutely beautiful, I really love it
Madeleine Josephine is also very pretty but doesn't flow as well
Madeleine Emilia I find difficult to say for some reason
Madeleine Ava would be cute but I think Madeleine needs a more classic or unusual name as Ava is so trendy right now
Madeleine Brie - Brie isn't really a name to me, my initial impression would be that the parents were trying to be French

My favourite names are Isaac Atticus, Miller Gabriel, Lily Annabel and Freya Clara
