I think as long as it has the spelling "Jessie" then it is perfectly fine for a girl. I hate it when people call a girl "Jesse", that is totally the guy spelling! I can't think of any other names that Jessie could be a nn for. Jessie can stand alone as a full name anyway in my opinion.
